| 摘 要： | 采用实验法,分析了表象训练法在太极拳教学中运用效果,结果表明:表象训练教学法有利于提高学生对太极拳的学习兴趣,建立正确动作的"动力定型"具有积极的作用,有助于提高和巩固动作的熟练程度,是一行之有效的教学方法。

| Abstract: | This essay adopted experiment methods to analyze the effects of application of imagery training in Taijiquan teaching.The results showed that the methods play a positive part in improving study interesting of students and establishing dynamic stereotype of proper movements and this is helpful for students to master the technical action fast,then to boost and consolidate the action proficiency.Imagery training is an effective way of Taijiquan teaching. |
