| Abstract: | This paper showed the combination of practice and learning, letting students grow in the engineer- ing environment was one way to train applied engineering technical talents. It also pointed out that the structure of teachers to be teacher and engineer and multi-displine was the guarantee to strengthen teaching and research and characteristics of the speciality. |
