| 摘 要： | 加入WTO和信息时代的迅猛发展,为我国高等教育带来了诸多的变化:社会成员要求增加教育次数;网上教育和其他新技术的兴起使教学方式发生改变;高等教育被看做投资的潜在目标;知识创造机构将自觉合并等等。这些变化要求我们在清醒认识的基础上提出应对策略。

| Abstract: | The entry into WTO and the rapid development of the information age have brought aout many new changes: the increase in the frequency of education, the change in teaching methods caused by net education and other new technology. Higher education is regarded as the potential goal of investment. Knowledge creation organizations will gradually merge. Thus, we should fully aware of these changes and think out countermeasures to deal with them. |
