一种改进的永磁同步电机分数阶速度控制器

摘    要:为了实现永磁同步电机伺服系统的高性能速度控制,针对现有分数阶PI(FO-PI)控制器设计中存在的截止频率有效范围有限的问题,在频域设计的基础上,提出一种改进的分数阶控制器,在FO-PI基础上引入校正传递函数,保持分数阶控制性能的同时拓展控制器截止频率的选取范围,并设计三维作图法实现改进控制器的参数整定。最后通过仿真实验来验证改进分数阶速度控制器的有效性。仿真实验结果表明,所提出的改进分数阶速度控制器可以满足更高截止频率的要求,较传统FO-PI及整数阶PI控制器,可以提高速度控制的跟踪性能、动态性能和抗扰动性能。

Abstract:To achieve high-performance speed control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)servo system,aiming at the problem that the effective range of cut-off frequency is limited,which exists in the traditional fractional-order PI(FO-PI) controller,an improved fractional-order controller is proposed based on the frequency domain design method.On the basis of FO-PI,a correction transfer function is adopted to modify the fractional-order controller for extending the effective cut-off frequency range,meanwhile the performance of fractional-order control is reserved.Then,a three-dimensional graphic method is designed for the parameters tuning of the proposed controller.Finally,the effectiveness of the improved fractional-order speed controller is verified by simulation experiments.The simulation results demonstrate that the improved fractional-order speed controller can meet the requirement of higher cut-off frequency,and improve the tracking performance,dynamic performance and anti-disturbance performance of speed control compared with the traditional FO-PI and integer-order PI controllers.
