基于数字插装阀技术的调速系统在水电工程中的应用优势——以白俄罗斯维捷布斯克水电站为例

摘    要:针对工程实践中灯泡贯流式机组因低水头、大流量、机组转动惯量小而难以控制等问题,以白俄罗斯维捷布斯克水电站机组调速系统为研究对象,介绍了基于数字插装阀技术的调速系统结构和基本原理,分析了数字插装阀技术解决上述问题的相关策略和优势。详细地分析了维捷布斯克水电站调速系统在解决甩负荷过程中过速及低频灭磁问题的有效方法,梳理了插装阀技术在水电站调速系统中应用的优势。结果表明数字插装阀技术作为一种新型调速器控制技术,在解决贯流式机组难以控制等问题中具有较好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In engineering practice, bulb tubular turbine units in hydropower station is prone to overspeed and low-frequency magnetic field suppression during load shedding due to small head, large flow, and small rotational inertia. Taking the hydropower units of Vitebsk hydropower station in Belarus as a case study, we expound the structure and basic principle of the speed governing system containing digital cartridge valve. On the basis of on-site test data of the speed governing system, we analyzed the strategies and advantages of digital cartridge valve in speed governing system. By improving the collaborative relationship between guide vane and blade, and adjusting the real-time regulating control of unit, the abovementioned problems are solved. The result manifests that digital cartridge valve is highly reliable for the speed regulating system of hydropower turbine, with the control accuracy and stability meeting standard requirements, hence is of good engineering application value.
