功能红曲与洛伐他汀降脂功效比较研究

摘    要:为比较功能红曲与洛伐他汀的降脂功效,通过高脂饲料喂养来建立高脂血症大鼠模型,观察不同剂量的功能红曲、洛伐他汀对其血脂、肝脏等影响。药物连续干预6周后,测定各组大鼠的血脂、肝功能指标,观察肝形态变化。结果表明,功能红曲能明显改善高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)水平(P<0.05),以高剂量组最为明显;洛伐他汀仅对高脂血症大鼠TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、ALT、AKP有显著调节作用(P<0.05)。各组间大鼠血清白蛋白(ALB)水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。苏木精-伊红(HE)染色结果显示,功能红曲低、中、高剂量组及洛伐他汀组能减轻大鼠肝组织脂肪肝变性。在高脂血症大鼠TG、AST调控方面上,同等剂量下功能红曲优于洛伐他汀,而其他指标相似。

Abstract:In order to compare the lipid-lowering effect of functional Monascus and lovastatin, hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding high-fat diet, and the effects of different dosages of functional Monascus and lovastatin on blood lipid and liver were observed. After 6 weeks of continuous drug intervention, the blood lipid and liver function indexes of rats in each group were determined, and the changes of liver morphology were observed. The results showed that functional Monascus could significantly improve the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in serum of hyperlipidemia rats (P<0.05), and it was most obvious in the high dose group. Only TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALT and AKP of hyperlipidemia rats were significantly regulated by lovastatin (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum albumin (ALB) level among all groups (P>0.05). The results of hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining showed that low, medium and high-dose groups of functional Monascus and lovastatin group could alleviate fatty liver degeneration of rat liver tissue. In the aspect of TG and AST regulation of hyperlipidemia rats, functional Monascus was superior to lovastatin at the same dosage, while other indexes were similar.
