摘    要:以实现快速设计和智能设计为目的,以液压缸产品族为研究对象,探讨了基于知识的智能化设计系统的构建方法和技术。该设计系统是面向产品族的、融合了实例和规则性知识的智能设计系统。文中给出了这个原型设计系统的总体功能结构和工作流程、实例数据库和三维实例模型库的构建方法和推理过程。该系统不仅可以实现产品的快速设计,还可以提高设计的自动化、智能化的水平。所提出的设计原型系统的结构、实例数据库的构建、推理方法等也为开发针对其它产品的设计系统提供了可借鉴的模式和方法。

Abstract:The key problems for cased-based and ruled-based intelligent designing systems of hydraulic cylinder were discussed in order to shorten the developing cycle,make full use the available designing resources and implement the intelligent and rapid response design.The framework and the working process of the prototype system was given and the knowledgebase structure was discussed.The knowledgebase was divided into three bases: rule-base;case-database and case-3d model base.This research can implement the representation for complex cases and so it can support the intelligent design and rapid design,and can be used for other products.
