企业CIO甄选的定性表示与模拟建模研究

摘    要:归纳了企业CIO甄选的特点,将定性模拟技术运用于甄选,提出了甄选过程的定性知识表示方法,改进基于QSIM算法的定性模拟方法与步骤,最后以提高企业招聘吸引力为目的建立了企业CIO甄选定性模拟模型,用于企业CIO甄选的科学决策。

Abstract:The features of CIO recruitment were summarized. On the basis of qualitative simulation technology, the method of qualitative representation was presented. Then, the improved qualitative simulation steps and method based on QSIM arithmetic were improved. A qualitative simulation model for promoting the CIO recruitment was finally established, which will be beneficial to the decision-making of CIO recruitment.
