俄罗斯航天发动机静止摩擦环耐磨及封严涂层的实物解剖分析

摘    要:采用多种手段对俄罗斯航天发动机静止摩擦环耐磨及封严涂层进行了组织形貌、成分及性能等方面的实物分析,认为该涂层是以Al2O3陶瓷为主的高质量的梯度功能涂层,并对原件制造工艺进行了初步分析。

Abstract:The structure, ingredient and property of wear-resisting and sealing coating are studied by many methods. The results show that it is a high quality gradient function coating whose main component is Al 2O 3 ceramics. The manufacturing procedure of coating has also been studied preliminarily.
