焦化厂煤气终冷工序冷凝液的利用

摘    要:将煤气终冷工序的冷凝液替代饱和器补充软水,可以减少焦炉煤气净化单元的剩余氨水量。介绍了利用焦化厂煤气终冷工序冷凝液的工艺路线及相应的工艺装置,说明了工艺路线的控制要点。投入工业应用后,可节约水、电、蒸汽消耗和污水处理费用,效果明显。

Abstract:The gas condensate from the final cooling unit was used to replace the supplement soft water for the saturator, and that reduced the surplus ammonia water amount in the COG purification unit. The process line for utilizing the condensate from the final gas cooling unit of the coking plant and the corresponding process equipment were introduced. Furthermore, the process control points were also illustrated. Such an improvement showed remarkable effect, as it brought down the utilities consumptions of water, electricity and steam, and a lot of cost in wastewater treatment was saved.
