| 摘 要： | 此文探讨了低数码率图象编码的特点，对ＩＴＵ－Ｔ图象编码标准Ｈ．２６３的选择项进行了讨论，给出了与Ｈ．２６１算法的对比结果，介绍了清华大学基于奔腾ＣＰＵ的全软件Ｈ．２６３视频通信系统。

| Abstract: | With the comparison between the H.261 and H.263,the properities of the low bitrate image sequence coding are discussed in this paper.Test sequences are used to compare the advantages of H.263 over H.261,as well as the coding efficiency of the options in H.263.A video communication system based on H.263 code using Pentium CPU,is introduced. |
