酸浸法从石煤中提钒的中间试验研究

摘    要:根据“从走马石煤中提钒工艺流程小型试验研究”中选定的工艺流程及参数,采用了石煤脱碳焙烧--硫酸浸出--固液分离--清液萃取--铵盐沉钒工艺流程,进行了从走马石煤钒矿中提取V2O5的中间试验,试验在年产5t精钒产品的生产车间进行。日处理规模为:碳氧化焙烧2.2t石煤钒矿,硫酸浸出1.2t焙灰,溶剂萃取2.5m^3硫酸浸出液,连续运转34d。在石煤V2O5晶位为0.88%时,V2O5浸邮率为76.1%

Abstract:The pilot scale experiment for recovering V 2O 5 from stone coal vanadium ore in Zouma was carried out based on the process and parameters obtained from laboratory scale experiments.The process was consisted of decarbonizing and roasting in air,sulfuric acid leaching,solid/solution seperation,solvent extraction and precipitating V 2O 5 with ammonium salt.The experiment was carried out in a workshop in which 5 t of V 2O 5 would be produced every year,and continued 34 d.Everyday,2.2 t of stone coal was decarbonized and roasted in air,1.2 t of residue was leached with sulfuric acid,and 2.5 m 3 sulfuric leaching solution was curied by solvent extraction.The results showed that the process and paremeters obtained from laboratory scle experiments were available.When mass fraction of V 2O 5 in stone coal was 0.88%,76.1% of V 2O 5 was leached out,and total recovery of V 2O 5 reached 70.70%.The production,w(V 2O 5) was 99.24%,purity and quality reached national standards and national export standards.
