| 摘 要： | 阐述了WebGIS的概念、特点和开发策略，提出了基于WebGIS的交通信息系统设计与开发思路。介绍了可用于交通领域的WebGIS平台－WebGIS-T 1.0，在其基础上实现了一个基于WebGIS的交通基本建设管理信息系统。
