冲击热负荷作用下垂直自然循环传热特性的试验研究

摘    要:鉴于对炼钢转炉锅炉研究的重要意义,设计了一套简单、可靠的试验系统,对炼钢转炉余热锅炉周期性的不稳定传热过程进行试验模拟。对其在冲击热负荷下垂直自然循环的传热特性进行了深入的试验研究,得到其传热特性的一般变化规律,并分析了冲击热负荷和工质欠焓对其传热特性的影响,通过回归试验数据得到传热系数的准则关系式。对改善炼钢转炉余热锅炉的传热特性和水循环安全性提出了建议。

Abstract:A simple and reliable experiment system is set up in order to obtain an experimental model of periodical and non-stable heat transfer procedure for waste heat boiler of steel-making converter. The characteristics of heat transfer in vertical natural cycle under impact heat load are examined through experimental method. And the influence of some parameters on this heat transfer procedure is analyzed. An empirical dimensionless correlation of heat transfer coefficient is obtained by regression analysis. Some suggestions about modified design of waste heat boiler of steel-making converter are also put forward in this paper.
