基于UG的C型钳有限元分析及优化设计

摘    要:应用UGNX7.0的"高级仿真"模块,建立C型钳的有限元模型,通过解算器NXNASTRAN对有限元模型进行分析求解,得到C型钳在额定载荷时的位移变形和应力分布情况,再根据设计要求对零件参数进行优化,使C型钳的结构既满足设计要求,又达到体积小、成本低的目的。

Abstract:Application of UG NX7.0 'Advanced Simulation' module, the establishment of C -clamp the finite element model, by NX NASTRAN solver on finite element analysis model solved by C-clamp at rated load, the displacement and stress distribution of deformation , then according to the part design parameters to optimize, C-clamp structure that meets design requirements, we reach the small size, low cost of Mudi.
