益生菌胶囊辅料的筛选及其前处理的初步探讨

摘    要:目的:筛选出合适的益生菌胶囊辅料及其前处理的初步方法;方法:分别测定各辅料的水分含量、水分活度,通过对比结果,选择出合适的辅料及其前处理的方法。结果:麦芽糊精DE10-15经过减压干燥后具有较低的水分含量及水分活度。结论:麦芽糊精DE10-15经过减压干燥后符合益生菌胶囊产品的要求,可以作为益生菌胶囊的辅料,但要注意防止吸湿。
