摘    要:针对玻璃纤维的表面结构特征,采用阳离子染料对玻璃纤维进行染色实验,探索了染料用量和浸染时间对玻璃纤维染色性能的影响。实验结果表明:染料的最佳使用质量百分比为0.1%,最佳染色时间为24 h,染色样品的水洗牢度能达到使用要求,日晒色牢度一般。

Discussion on Effect of Cationic Dyes on Dyeing Properties of Glass Fiber

Abstract:The cationic dyes are used to dye glass fiber because of the fiber's special surface structure. The effects of dye dosage and dyeing time on dyeing properties of glass fiber were investigated. The resuits show that the best dosage is 0.1wt% and the optimum dyeing time is 24 h. The water-washing fastness of dyed sample can meet the requirements for use, but its sunlight fastness just get to the average level only.
