电力机车流线型司机室三维设计方法

摘    要:自主开发设计生产的120 km/h交流传动货运电力机车,整车首次利用Pro/E设计软件,采用三维设计方法设计.其中司机室部分呈流线型,大大提高了车体的美观性,并且满足了高速运行的需要.本文主要介绍如何利用Pro/E进行流线型司机室钢结构的三维设计,可供其它车型开发设计者参考.

Abstract:The whole body of the independently developed AC transmission Electric locomotive with 120Km/hr adopted 3D design method using Pro/E. Especially, the locomotive cab was designed as a streamline shape to improve the artistic of cab appearance and to meet the requirement of high speed running. The 3D design method of the steel strueture of the streamline cab using the Pro/E software is introduced in this paper. It will be useful for other locomotive designers.
