| 摘 要： | 从我国基本建设程序的沿革和现状入手,指出项目后评价列入基本建设程序中必要性,通过阐述项目后评价的概念和项目后评价的理论基础着手,分析了我国项目后评价的主要特点,全面论述了后评价的内容、程序和方法,简述了项目后评价工作的作用、意义及改进方法.

| Abstract: | Embarking on the evolution and present status of capital construction program in China,this paper indicates that it is necessary to bring post-evaluation into the capital construction program.By expanding the concept and theoretical fundamental of post-evaluation,this paper analyses the principal features of post-evaluation in China and comprehensively discusses the contents,procedures, methods functions and improved methods. |
