淀粉/硬脂酸铈配合体系的降解LDPE包装薄膜的研究

摘    要:研究了淀粉/硬脂酸铈配合体系的组成,讨论了铝酸酯对淀粉的疏水处理,氧化聚乙烯对淀粉/LDPE共混体系的增容,硬脂酸铈对光氧降解LDPE羰基指数的影响,并对含20%淀粉,0。4%硬脂酸铈的LDPE包装薄膜进行性能测试和应用试验。

Abstract:The composition of a compound composed of starch and cerium stearate is showed. Discusses are presented in the following topics: the hydrophobicity treatment of starch with aluminate ester; the compatibility of starch/LDPE blend in the presence of polyethylene oxide; the photo biodegradation of LDPE in terms of carbonyl indices in the presence of cerium stearate. The properties of LDPE packaging film containing 20 % starch and 0.4 % cerium stearate are determined and application tests are conducted. Results indicate that the film meets the national standards in mechanical properties and sanitary requirements. The viscosity average molecular weight of such a film when discarded and exposed for three months will drop to 3600. When the discarded film is left and exposed in the garbage pile for six months, the elongation at break suffers a 88.5 % drop; and 23.5 % lost in weight is reported. Landfilled for 1 year, the film turns into fragments of around 25 cm 2, which are gradually assimilated by soil.
