摘    要:川西稀土矿泥氯化物水浸液经除杂处理后,用环烷酸萃取。研究了皂化度、平衡水相pH值、萃取剂浓度等影响因素。用4级逆流串级萃取、2级反萃,可得到纯度99.8%、含量约56g·dm-3的氯化稀土溶液,稀土收率达96%。整个萃取工艺闭路循环,无废液污染产生。

Abstract:The aqueous leaching liquor of chlorinate of mine mud from west Sichuan Province in which the impurities was preremoved was extracted by naphthenic acid. The influential factors such as the saponification value, pH value of balanced aqueous phase and the concentrations of extracting agent were studied. The rare earth chloride solutions in which the content of rare earth chloride reaches 56 kgm-1were obtained by 4 stages of countercurrent and 2 stages of stripping, the recovered rare earth can reach 96% and the purity of rare earth in product solution is 99.2%. The whole extractive technique was carried out in closed cycle, no soiling solution was produced.
