| Abstract: | Method of immobilized glucoamylase E. C. 3. 2. 1. 3 with hollow globe chitosan was investigated. The globe-forming mechanism, the factors affecting the globe formation and the effect of pH, temperature, concentration of glutaric dialdehyde and the quantity of enzpoe on the activity of immobilized glucoamylase were evaluated. |
