高分子合金亚微观相态表征方法的研究

摘    要:在研究两元高分子合金PS/PP的亚微观相形态时,按照前人的方法制备试样,得到与文献相似的结果,但是实验发现,PS/PP经甲苯溶解时,当共混比例超过90/10后,共混合金有不溶的凝胶,经过对该共混合金试样做进一步的研究发现,在高分10后,在高分子共混合金材料中有一些相当大的分散相颗粒,它们在以往的形态研究中未见报道。

Abstract:The submicro phase morphology of PS/PP binary polymer alloy is studied. The samples used are prepared by the same way as before. The results are similar to those presented in literatures. But it has been noted that there are some insoluble gels in the alloy when PS/PP with the ratio over 90/10 is dissolved by methylbenzene. Further experiments show that some large disperse phase particles occur in the alloy, but not reported in literatures.
