校企深度合作背景下的专兼职教师队伍融合

在校企合作过程中,专兼职教师队伍融合是当前高职院校加强教师队伍建设、提升人才培养水平和质量的关键。专兼职教师队伍必须在观念、技能、岗位等方面实现合二为一,坚持合作双赢、和谐有序、待遇从优、管理从严、放眼长远的原则,促进专兼职教师队伍融合。专兼职教师队伍的融合可以从完善制度建设,积极推进产学研用合作教育,加强校企文化对接,创建＂驻校工作室＂与＂驻企研发室＂,拓展社会服务功能几方面展开。

On Integration of Full-and Part-time Teachers in In-depth Cooperation Between Colleges and Enterprises

In the process of college-enterprise cooperation,the integration of full- and part-time teachers is a key to strengthen teachers＇ team building and enhance the quality of talent cultivation. Full- and part-time teachers should be integrated in terms of their teaching concepts, skills and posts based on the principles of win- win cooperation,orderly harmony,preferential treatment,strict management and long-term view. The integration can be implemented from the perspectives of perfecting system construction, improving the cooperation of indus- try ,learning ,research and application, strengthening the integration of college and corporate cultures, establishing ＂Work Studio in College＂ and ＂Research Office in Enterprise＂ ,and expanding the scope of social services.
