| 摘 要： | 职业素养是职业人在所从事职业活动所必须具备的基本素质和修养,是对职业人在职业实践中所表现出来的符合职业要求的综合品质的集中概括.为了探索高职生职业素养,从高职教育自身特点出发,深入解析了高职院校学生职业素养教育的内涵.提出了职业素质教育的建设为:加强学生职业操守培养,强化学生现代职业人意识养成,加强学生职业行为塑造,凸显对学生专业应用能力和创新能力的培养.

| Abstract: | Professional accomplishment is basic quality and cultivation which is necessary for people dur- ing professional activities. It is a concentrated generalization of comprehensive quality according with professional requirements which people appear during professional practice. In order to explore profes- sional accomplishment of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the connotation professional ac- complishment education of higher vocational students form higher vocational educatiorfs own characteris- tics, which are strengthening professional integrity cultivation for students, enhancing development of modern professional consciousness of students, strengthening shaping of students＂ professional activities and highlighting the cultivation of application and innovation ability of students. |
