法律通识课教学方法新探

摘    要:为创新法律通识课的教学方法,通过分析、借鉴国外法学教育的经验,指出法律通识课应加强法的思考方式的教育,提出发挥诘问、辩论、体验等教学方法的作用,促使学生主动探究和合理运用法律背后的利益衡量的原理.

Abstract:In order to innovate teaching method of general law course, this paper analyzes and draws on experiences of foreign law education. Based on that, it puts forward that we should strengthen education of way of think with law and give play to the effect of teaching methods such as interrogating, debating and experiencing to urge students to explore and reasonably use the principle of interest measurement based on law.
