浅议高职辅导员专业化建设的价值诉求与路径选择

辅导员专业化是高校学生思想政治教育工作专业化和系统化的必然要求，是学生管理工作科学化和制度化的重要体现。高职院校目前面临着辅导员队伍不稳定、专业理论研究薄弱、专业培训偏少等专业化建设的困境。因此，高职辅导员专业化建设必须突出德育的首要地位和辅导员职业化发展的需要，坚持以生为本、服务社会的理念，疏通辅导员职业发展通道，加强辅导员专业理论研究，拓展专业团体组织的服务、科研和教育功能，推行高职院校辅导员“双师化”建设。
