摘    要:通过对某电厂引进型300MW发电机定子端部匝间短路事故的分析,得出了机组在电网频率改变的情况下,由于发电机转速降低,转子风扇产生的风压、风量相应降低、导致发电机冷却效果下降,从而使发电机绝缘材料加速老化,是引发事故原因之一的结论。建议在引进国外技术时,要注重学科、专业之间的协调、分析和研究。

Abstract:This paper tries to identify the main cause of the accident through the thorough analysis of the stator circle short circuit accident happened to the generation of a certain power plant. It considers the cause of the accident as follows. Because of the different frequency of the electric network, the rotational speed of the generator,which is home made according to imported technology, will slow down, which leads to the cooresponding reduction of the pressure and amount of the wind produced by the rotor fan . This will affect the cooling effect of the generator. which speeds up the ageing process of the insulation material of the generator and the insulant intensity will thus drop greatly. This paper also points out that when importing foreign technology, we should pay attention to the coordination,analysis and study among different majors and different sujects.
