| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种细长管形薄壁塑件的模具结构 ,因采用两端对称进料和潜伏式浇口 ,可避免因型芯变形等引起的壁厚不均、冷却效果不佳等缺点 ,并指出了设计中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The structure of a mould for a type of slim thin_wall plastic parts was introduced. Symmetrical feeding at two ends and submarine gate were adopted to avoid non_uniform wall thickness and unsatisfactory cooling result that might be resulted from the deformation of the core. The attention points for design of the mould were put forward. |
