| 摘 要： | 面对国内建筑市场日趋激烈的竞争态势,作为建筑业中坚力量的国有大型施工企业如何保持竞争优势、提升效益,成为业内广泛关注的焦点问题。价值链分析方法是判定一个企业与其他企业相比是否具有竞争优势并且是否能提供增强竞争优势的途径的基本分析工具。本文在介绍价值链理论的基础上,探讨了国有建筑施工企业引入价值链分析方法、在企业管理和创新实践过程中实施企业再造的重大课题。

| Abstract: | It is a central issue for large national construction enterprises that how to keep competitive advantage and improve effectiveness in domestic construction market. The analytic technique of value chain is a basic analysis tool that determines whether one enterprise has competitive advantage compared with the others and whether one enterprise could get a way to enhance competitive advantage. Based on the value chain theory, this paper discusses an important subject that national construction enterprises apply the analytic technique of value chain to reengineer the corporation in the process of enterprise management and innovation practice. |
