铜冶炼烟灰碱浸渣氨浸工艺

摘    要:以铜冶炼烟灰碱浸渣为原料,研究氨-硫酸铵体系的 pH 值、总氨浓度、氨铵摩尔比、液固质量比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对铜冶炼烟灰碱浸渣中铜锌浸出的影响规律.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:总氨浓度为 5 mol/L、pH 值为 10、氨铵摩尔比为 2:1、液固质量比为 5:1,浸出温度为 70 ℃,浸出时间为 60 min.此条件下铜和锌浸出率分别为 90.6 %和 92.4 %.

Study on ammonia leaching process of alkali leachingresidue of copper smelting dust

Abstract:Alkali leaching residue of copper converter flue dust as ra w material, copper and zinc leaching influence of ammonia -ammonium sulphate system was investigated. The effects of pH, total ammonia concentration, NH3/NH4+, ratio of solid to liquid, leaching temperature and time on the leaching law of alkali leaching residue of copper converter flue dust were studied. The results show that copper and zinc leaching rate are 90.6 % and 92.4 % under the optimum condition. Such as total ammonia concentration is 5 mol/L,pH is 10, NH3/NH4 is 2:1,L/S is 5:1, leaching temperature is 70 ℃,leaching time is 60 minute.
