太阳能农副产品干燥系统体系结构的设计与实现

摘    要:为了给农副产品提供一个高效、节能的干燥作业平台的角度出发,结合太阳能的利用与开发,设计一套太阳能农副产品干燥系统。通过对体系结构的角度,阐述太阳能农副产品干燥系统各部分的主要构成及其功能并作业。干燥作业结果表明,所设计的太阳能农副产品干燥系统具有集热、保温和除湿效能好等优点,能在最大化的吸收太阳能的基础上实现高效率、优品质的农副产品智能化干燥处理。

Abstract:From the view of providing agricultural and sideline products with a high efficiency,energy saving drying operation platform,combined with the utilization and development of solar energy,it is designed in this paper a set of solar drying system for agricultural and sideline products. The main composition and function of each part of solar drying system for agricultural and sideline products are demonstrated emphatically from the view of architecture. The dry operation results show that the design of solar drying system has the merit of heat collection,heat preservation and efficient dehumidification to realize the high efficiency and quality agricultural and sideline products intelligent dry operation on the basis of maximum absorption of solar energy.
