| 摘 要： | 针对工业生产的特定需求,采用可编程控制器和多轴运动控制器作为主要控制元件,建立非标数控系统,把它应用于机床的数控系统中。与传统的数控机床相比,非标数控机床不但简化了机床结构和控制系统,还使用户的编程变得更加简单。介绍了PLC在数控系统应用中的原理及其控制中的硬件功能,阐述了系统启动和各轴使能准备等控制部分,设计了相应的PLC控制梯形图。

| Abstract: | A CNC system for nonstandard machine tool based on PLC and programmable multi-axis controller is presented,which is applied to CNC machine tool. Comparing with traditional CNC system,the proposed scheme has not only the simple machine tool structure and control system,but also the easy user's programming.The control functions of PLC are introduced and the PLC ladder diagram is given out. |
