汽车用抗蠕变镁合金的开发与应用

摘    要:讨论了镁合金的高温蠕变机理及其进展。综述了压力铸造和重力铸造两大类抗蠕变镁合金的研究开发现状及其在汽车上的应用状况。指出了现有汽车动力系统用抗蠕变镁合金存在综合性能不好、生产工艺复杂、成本普遍较高等问题,并认为开发具有铸造性好、抗蠕变性能优良、性价比高的汽车动力系统用抗蠕变镁合金是今后重点发展方向。

Abstract:The research development and elevated temperature creep mechanism of magnesium alloys were discussed in this paper. The current research and application status of the creep resistant magnesium alloys used for high pressure die casting and for gravity casting in automobile were reviewed. The current creep resistant magnesium alloys used in automobile power train have also existed lots of disadvantages, such as the poor combination property, complex production technology, and the high cost of production. It is considered that exploiting the alloy with excellent casting, good creep resistance, high performance-price ratio is the future development direction.
