| 摘 要： | 结合国内首个预制全装配式公建项目,详细介绍了预制全装配式建筑中承台、柱、梁、叠合板、自保温墙等预制构件制作与安装,以及关键节点加强处理及施工注意事项.预制构件的工厂化生产,全装配式施工技术的应用,有效减少了施工噪声和材料浪费,实现了绿色施工,同时确保了工程质量和工期,取得了良好效益.

| Abstract: | Combined with the first total prefabricated public building in China,the manufacture and installation of precast components are introduced,such as fabrication and installation pile cape,column,beam,laminated slab and self-insulation wall,as well as strengthen and construction attentions of key joints.The construction noise and wasted material are reduced by factory production of components and assembled construction.Green construction is achieved.At the same time the construction quality and period are ensured,and the good benefit is obtained. |
