C离子注入对硬质合金刀具TiN涂层性能的影响

摘    要:在硬质合金刀具上沉积了PVD—TiN涂层,并采用C离子注入技术对其进行表面改性处理。对涂层截面的微观形貌、显微硬度以及与基体附着力的测试结果表明,C离子注入可使TiN涂层的显微组织细密均匀化,并能明显提高涂层的显微硬度以及与基体的附着力。

Abstract:TiN coatings were deposited on carbide tools by PVD process, and the coating surface were modified with C-ion implantation technology. The microstructure of coating cross-section, microhardness and adhesion to the carbide substructure were tested, and results show that by means of injecting C-ion into the TiN coating, its microstructure can be more fine and uniform, its microhardness and the adhesion to the substructure can be improved markedly.
