基于边缘算子和数学形态学的光纤面板暗影检测

摘    要:暗影是光纤面板在生产过程中产生的一种疵病,根据光纤面板暗影透过率的梯度变化特征,讨论其对应图像的灰度变化特性,提出了利用经典边缘算子融合数学形态学检测光纤面板暗影的方法。首先采用Canny算子进行暗影边缘的初步检测,然后选择最优的数学形态学方法及结构元素,最后利用闭运算实现暗影边缘连接。实验结果表明,此方法能有效地检测出光纤面板中存在的暗影,检测效果清晰、完整。

Abstract:Shadow is one kind of defects of optical fiber panel(OFP)caused during production.According to the gradient variation of the shadow light transmittance,this paper discussed the gray variation of its corresponding image and proposed a new method for OFP shadow detection based on classical edge operator and mathematical morphology.Firstly,the shadow edge was detected initially using Canny operator,then the optimal mathematical morphology method and structure element was selected.Finally,the shadow edge was connected based on close operation.The experimental results indicated that this method could detect the shadow of OFP effectively and the results were distinct and integrated.
