摘    要:研究了一类具有饱和接触率的SEIS模型的动力学性质,得到了决定疾病绝灭或持续的基本再生数.特殊地,无因病死亡时,极限方程的惟一地方病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的.结果表明:在具饱和接触率的SEIS传染病模型中,就基本再生数而言,考虑因病死亡的比不考虑因病死亡的要低,人口有常数输入的比人口总数为常量的要高.

Abstract:In this paper,dynamical behavior of a kind of SEIS model with the saturating contact rate is studied.A basic reproductive number which determines the outcome of infectious disease is discovered.Specially,if the death rate due to disease equals zero,the sole equilibrium point of the limit equation for endemic is asymptotically stable in global field.The result shows that in the SEIS model with the saturating contact rate,the basic reproductive number taking account of the death of illness is lower than that without thinking over the death of illness.In the meantime,the basic reproductive number with constant immigration is higher than that with constant population.
