摘    要:运用生产试验数据建立了E级船板低温冲击最小单值的判别函数,在解析的基础上,依据变量与函数之间的相关系数和判剐方程的标准化系数,进行了各变量对函数影响程度及作用大小的探讨。并通过专项检验结果,分析了E级船板低温冲击单值波动大的主要原因,为使产品成分、规格设计合理,改进完善工艺制度,降低E级船板低温冲击单值离散度,稳定性能提供了定量依据。

Abstract:Discriminant functions of the minimum single low temperature impact value of class E ship steel plate are established with the production and experimental data.On the basis of analysis the extent of influence of individual variable on the functions is discussed in accordance with the relationship between the variables and functions as well as the standard coefficients of the discrimination equation. The primary causes to the serious variation of the single low temperature impact value for class E ship steel plate are analyzed using the results of the particular purpose examination. Therefore the quantitative evidences for proper product compositions, specification design, improvement of operating processes, reduction of dispersiveness of the single low temperature impact value for class E ship steel plate and consistency of properties are obtained.
