| 摘 要： | 对我国现阶段工业安全管理体制和各种安全管理模式作了介绍,并详细论述了宝钢安全管理模式的基本内容、特点和效果。认为宝钢的模式在我国工业体制转换的前提下,对工业安全生产体制的发展有一定参考意义。

| Abstract: | The industry safety management system at present in China and some managing modes were introduced.The pattern of safety management in Baosteel,including basic content,characteristic and effect,was described.It is considered that the Baosteel mode has an advantages in application and good effect,which can be used as a reference for development of Chinese industry safety production. |
