循环水腐蚀影响因素的研究

摘    要:采用旋转挂片腐蚀实验对影响腐蚀的因素进行了研究,实验结果表明:实验方法、水质、循环水温度、转速、pH值、铁离子浓度、细菌个数等因素,对缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果有影响;冷态实验方法比热态实验方法腐蚀速率低,且受循环水温度影响较小,热态实验方法随循环水温度的升高,腐蚀速率加大;循环水中钙加碱的浓度或pH值提高时,腐蚀速率下降,铁离子浓度升高或细菌个数增加时,腐蚀速率升高。

Abstract:Affecting factors for circulating water corrosion were studied using the rotary test coupon. The experimental results show that many factors have influence on the performance of corrosion inhibitor, such as experimental methods, water quality, circulating water temperature, rotating speed, pH value, Fe3+ ion concentration and bacillus quantity. Comparing with hot-condition experiment, the corrosion rate of cold-condition test is lower, and isn' t affected by temperature of circulating water obviously. The corrosion rate of hot -condition test increases with increasing of circulating water temperature. The results also indicate that corrosion rate decreases with increasing of pH or Ca2+ and OH- concentration, and increases with increasing of Fe3+ ion concentration or bacillus quantity.
