非对称不锈钢热轧复合板材的纵向弯曲

摘    要:在Ni-Cr不锈钢同压力容器钢复合轧制过程中,由于作为覆板的不锈钢和作为基板的压力容器钢的变形抗力不同,在常规的对称型轧机上热轧非对称型复合叠板时,将发生向变形抗力较大一侧的纵向弯曲。在随后的冷却过程中,因覆板与基板的热膨胀系数不同,上述弯曲有进一步加剧的倾向。本文对非对称型不锈钢热轧合板材的变形行为进行了分析,并提出了纵向弯曲模型,以寻求获得平直的复合板材的最佳生产工艺。

Abstract:Longitudinal buckle occurs easily during the hot clading of stainless and pressure vessel steel plates at conventional symetric-type rolling mill as the result of different deformation resistance of base and clad steel plates The buckle mentioned above will become greatet in the following cooling process after hot rolling In this paper, the deformation behavior of stainless and pressure vessel steel plates for hot clad rolling is analyzed, and a buckle model of rolling place is proposed in order to find an optimum process, and to get flatness products. Cross shear rolling and temperature-differential rolling as well as forced cooling are suitable to straighten hot rolled clad steel plates.
