| 摘 要： | 加强高教投资管理,提高资金利用效率并产生最佳效益,是政府和高等学校关注的焦点．为此,构建了中国高等教育投资合理化评估指标体系,确定了评估指标等级划分的标准,建立了模糊综合评估模型并对中国高等教育投资合理化程度进行实证分析,提出了中国高等教育投资合理化的“五化”模式,为高等教育投资管理和决策提供了科学的依据和有效的决策借鉴．

| Abstract: | The government and the higher educational institutions have focused their attention on enhancing the management for higher educational investment and raising the best efficiency of the fund usage.This thesis conducted the rationalized investment models for higher education of China,determined the evaluation standard,set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and made rationalized appraisal on higher education investment of China.A "five-ize" mode is put forward for the rationalization of higher educational investment of China so as to provide a scientific basis and an efficient policy reference for the management and the decision making for higher educational investment. |
