激光侧泵晶体温度分布的非均匀发热模型计算

摘    要:使用类高斯的非均匀发热模型,对LD侧面泵浦棒状固体激光介质的温度分布问题进行了计算,推导并最终得到了侧面泵浦情况下棒状激光晶体内温度分布的近似解析表达式。与以往的报道相比,所使用的类高斯发热模型比均匀发热模型更符合激光器的实际工作情况,使用该模型计算温度分布将得到更为精确的结果。

The temperature analysis with nonuniform heat generation in the laser rod under side-pumping
Abstract:A nonuniform heat generation model of quasi-gaussian profile is proposed in this paper to calculate an accurate temperature distribution of the laser rod under side-pumping. This model is more generally achieved in practice than the uniform model used in previous reports. Approximate analytical expression of the temperature distribution of the laser rod is derived, and it can meet a wide situation of the diode side-pumped laser system. By this model, the thermal stress, thermal lens, and other thermal effects in a laser rod can be easily calculated.
