| 摘 要： | 军事代表绩效的高低直接影响装备质量监督、检验验收工作效率和效益。科学合理的军事代表绩效考评是有效提升军代室整体管理水平的重要保证。从考评体系、考评标准、考评组织实施及考评结果运用4个方面总结了目前军事代表绩效考评工作存在的主要问题,提出了完善军事代表绩效考评工作的相应对策。
