Think of Water Pollution Prevention in Cyclic Economy Time

Cyclic economy is the basis of knowledge economy whose clue is already seen nowadays.With the fast development of the economic society and due to the affection of the traditional economic growth mode,water environment pollution has proven to be an increasingly serious problem.The essential issue in water resources utilization and for human development is to effectively check the deterioration of water environment and rebuild a healthy water circulation.Based on the theory of cyclic economy,this paper tries to discover countermeasures against water pollution,seeing the healthy circulation of water resources as a guarantee of sustainable social development.
