甘肃酒泉风电基地20个风电场风机基础设计研究

摘    要:甘肃省酒泉地区风能资源丰富,是中国重要的大型风电基地。2008年4月18日,由西北勘测设计研究院编制的《甘肃酒泉千万千瓦级风电基地规划报告》通过了国家发展和改革委员会组织的审查。根据该规划报告,到2015年底,甘肃酒泉千万千瓦级风电基地规划总装机容量12710MW。西部风电的开发必须坚持可持续发展的道路,兼顾人与自然、人与社会及人与环境的和谐发展。该工程在可行性研究设计阶段,采用“CFD-WTF(2.0)风力发电机塔架基础设计”软件,对甘肃酒泉千万千瓦级风电基地20个风电场(3800MW)的风力发电机塔架基础进行方案设计,设计结果经济合理、安全可靠。

Abstract:Jiuquan district of Gansu Province has rich wind energy resources and is a large wind power base of China. On April 18, 2008, the “Planning Report on Jiuquan as A 10GW-Level Wind Power Base” prepared by Northwest Investigation, Design and Research Institute was approved by the State Development and Reform Commission. By the end of 2015 ,according the report, a total in- stalled capacity of 12710MW is planned for the Jiuquan 10GW -level wind power base. The development of wind power in West China must insist on a road of sustainable development, and consider the harmonious development of human and nature, human and society, as well as human and environment. The project is at the stage of feasibility study and design, and the design software “CFD - WTF Wind Generator Tower Foundation Design( version 2.0)” is used for scheme design of wind generator tower foundations in 20 wind fields (3800MW) of the Jiuquan 10GW - level wind power base in Gansu province, and the results of design are economic and reasona- ble, safe and reliable.
