摘    要:对三元复合驱油井垢样的外貌特征和成分进行了分析,采用模拟采出液,在室内研究了单纯硅体系;钙、镁、硅离子共存;钙、镁、铝、硅离子共存;钙、镁、铝、聚丙烯酰胺及硅共存;钙、镁、铝、表面活性剂及硅共存;钙、镁、铝、聚丙烯酰胺、表面活性剂及硅共存等6个体系。这6个体系中硅离子的结垢特点表明,硅结垢的形态和过程受上述6种体系中其他离子影响严重。三元复合驱中垢的粘附性高于普通垢,对螺杆泵和抽油机有较大的影响。采取小过盈螺杆泵、防垢泵、井下固体化学等防垢技术措施,现场应用取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:The composition and characteristics of scale sample obtained from oil wells in the ASP flooding were analyzed.The six produced liquids simulated in laboratory were experimented including the single silicon solution;Ca2+,Mg2+ and silicon co existing solution;Ca2+ ,Mg2+,Al3+ and silicon co existing solution;Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,polyacrylamide and silicon co existing solution;Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,surfactant and silicon co existing solution;Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,polyacrylamide,surfactant and silicon co existing solution.The experimental results showed that the ions of six solutions had a serious influence on the structures of scale and scaling process in the ASP flooding.The adsorption and stickiness of the scale samples in ASP flooding were higher than those of the normal scales.The influences of scaling on the progressing cavity pump and sucker rod pump were investigated.Some measures for preventing scales in ASP flooding were proposed.Good results have been achieved in field application.
