摘    要:以氧氯化锆、硝酸钇、硝酸铝为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法(化学沉淀法)在经过扩孔处理的γ-Al2O3基载体上制备了纳米3Y-TZP/γ-Al2O3复合粉末。为有效去除水分,减少粉体团聚,采用正丁醇与粉末混合蒸馏。用XRD、TEM、BET等技术对粉体的进行了表征,各种制备因素对所得粉末的影响被研究。结果表明:纳米复合粉体中ZrO2主要由四方晶相组成,产物粒径普遍在30nm左右;样品经600℃焙烧4h后的比表面积为79.21m2/g,总孔容为0.2816ml/g,平均孔径为14.223nm。由于该粉体具有高比表面性,可提高粉体的室温、高温力学性能和抗低温时效老化能力。

Abstract:Using zirconium oxychloride,yttrium nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials,pore-expanded γ-Al_2O_3 as support,nanometer-sized 3Y-TZP/γ-Al_2O_3 composite powder was prepared by sol-gel method(chemistry precipitation method).In order to do away with the water in the precursor of composite powder effectively and reduce the power agglomeration,n-butanol was added to the precursor then distillated.The powders were characterized by XRD,TEM and BET,and the effects of various preparation factors on the powder were investigated.The results showed that most of ZrO2 in the 3Y-TZP/γ-Al2O3 composite powder was tetragonal crystal,the particle sizes of the 3Y-TZP/γ-Al_2O_3 powder were about 30nm,and the specific surface area,pore volume and average pore diameter of the powder calcined at 600℃ for 4 hours were 79.21 m2/g,0.2816ml/g and 14.223nm,respectively.The high specific surface area of the powder can enhance the mechanical performance of the powder in room temperature and high temperature and improve the antienzyme low temperature aging performance of the powder.
