ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2铜合金材料腐蚀疲劳试验研究

摘    要:针对船用螺旋桨所用铜合金材料所处的海水腐蚀工作环境,以ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2在纯弯曲疲劳试验机上完成的腐蚀疲劳试验为例,根据试样形状及纯弯曲疲劳试验机的特点,设计制作适用于旋转弯曲疲劳试验机用的海水腐蚀槽,建立海水循环系统.ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2铜合金材料在海水腐蚀条件下的疲劳试验的结果表明,所设计制作的海水腐蚀循环系统在纯弯曲疲劳试验机上进行海水腐蚀试验是可行的.所得试验结果置信度可达95%,试验材料的耐海水腐蚀性能良好,没有发现腐蚀产物、腐蚀坑、点蚀等现象,试验数据稳定可靠.

Abstract:It is introduced a special design of the sea-water corrosive gutter only for the rotating bend fatigue experiment equipment, and a simulative cycle sea-water system for the fatigue experiment, which based on the sample shape and the fatigue experiment equipment structure. This system is only for the Copper alloy ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2 used in ship's screw propeller under the condition of corrosive sea-water. Experiment results indicate that the special equipment is feasible for the Copper alloy's fatigue features test under the sea-water condition verified by the fatigue experiment of ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2, the experiment result's reliability was 95%, and the experiment result proved Copper alloy had good resistance to sea-water, there were no fatigue defects such as corrosive, corrosive pits, corrosive spots on the sample.
